through optics that transcend the corporeal, the female form is here contextualised as a vessel or a portal to the divine. these are not mere portraits, but meditations on identity, tenderness, apathy, and amusement; on objectification, unfamiliarity and play; and on the way sometimes women reach beyond themselves.

inspired by clarice lispector’s tale of the same name and in collaboration with tainá luana.
